This presentation is based on Islamic housing financing. It describes various modes of Islamic financing like Murabaha, Ijarah, Istisna, and Diminishing Musharakah (Mostly used in banks for Islamic Housing Finance). Diminishing Musharakah is kind of Shirkat-ul-Milk. It involves taking share in the ownership of a specific asset and then gradually transferring complete ownership to the other partner. This concept is based on declining ownership of the bank.
