This presentation is based on the role of the Real Estate Market Observatory, in Thailand during the financial crisis of 2008. The presentation shows the impact of the crises on the Thai economy and banking sector, the impact, and responses to the crises on the housing and housing finance market, and G H Bank’s special role as a real estate observatory.
