This is a presentation based on the housing market and housing finance conditions in Canada and the impacts of the financial crisis of 2008 on the market. It studies how the crisis affected the market by housing production controlling housing sales (existing housing) and maintaining housing prices and examined the reasons why housing finance remained stable.
