This paper concerns about the delivery of Sustainable Affordable Housing (SAH) in Malaysia. The built environment, operation, and demolishment of housing have a profound impact on our natural environment. SAH can be a solution toward sustainability development because it is considered an environmentally friendly, socially enhancing, and economically benefits perfectives for housing development. This paper aims to explore the awareness of homebuyers in Malaysia toward sustainable affordable housing. This research used the method of unstructured interviews among homebuyers toward SAH in Malaysia.
