Construction project presents difficulties and problems, especially in the low-cost housing industry. The low-cost housing scheme is an alternative done by the government to assure that the low-income group could own their own houses. Unfortunately, the provision of low-cost housing projects encounters a lot of problems particularly in producing a quality house within a specific range of price. These problems mainly have a correlation with one of the important keywords in developing a project, which is the project management system, and subsequently have generated interest among researchers to solve it.
