Study on low-cost housing construction with delay management

The low cost  housing construction technologies aim to chop down construction value by victimization alternatives to standard strategies. It is effective budgeting and technique to  reduce the cost of construction by using  region base  material and to improve skills and technology .The Low cost housing simply satisfies the basic human desires for shelter. We believed that technologies  will  reduce cost approx. 25% of the total cost of housing. The major  purpose of this study is to spot the delay factors like  delays in contractor’s payments, shortage of material in construction, change in material, the weather condition, shortage of skilled manpower and frequent modification of staffs, poor web site management. The main effects of delay square measure value impact and reduced labor productivity etc.

The low-income groups in developing countries are unable to access the housing market and also has three basic desires of  food, clothes and shelter. So the most important objective is to provide one of the basic need  shelter to low income earner.
