Affordable housing issue remains to be interested to the researchers all-over the world. The Rwanda has adopted  the modern technology to build house more affordable  and low cost house for their people.  The high cost of capital &  the high price to rent and to own affordable houses remains to be the great  challenge and on other side, high loan and mortgage interest rates hindering ownership of affordable houses for the middle and low income household sectors in Rwanda. The Rwandan government may attract foreign investors such  as United Nations agencies, development banks, international NGOs, public and private partnership. The affordable housing comes to the health and vitality of our communities, affordable housing is the key. The need for quality, affordable homes is an important part of Sustainable Development Goals and the Rwandan vision 2050 as it seeks to evolve into a sustainable community.
