Introduction:
The Punjab Katchi Abadis (Amendment) Bill 2012, a Bill further amends the Punjab Katchi Abadis Act 1992.
Preamble.– Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Punjab Katchi Abadis Act 1992 for purposes hereinafter appearing;
It is enacted as follows:-
- Short title and commencement.– (1) This Act may be cited as the Punjab Katchi Abadis (Amendment) Act 2012.
