Independent Auditor’s Review Report to the Members of Housing Building Finance Company Limited

We have reviewed the accompanying condensed interim statement of the financial position of House Building Finance Company Limited (the Company) as of 30 June 2022 and the related condensed interim profit and loss account, condensed interim statement of comprehensive income, condensed interim statement of changes in equity, condensed interim cash flow statement, and notes to and forming part of the condensed interim financial statements for the half year then ended (hereinafter referred to as the condensed interior financial statements).

Management is responsible for the preparation and presentation of this condensed interim financial statement in accordance with accounting and reporting standards as applicable in Pakistan for interim financial reporting. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on this condensed interim financial statement based on our review.
