A report on Housing Finance in Indonesia. The purpose of the paper is to assist the Government of Indonesia (GoI) in utilizing housing finance to create housing opportunities in the country.  In short, it notes that while progress has been made in Indonesia, there are still obstacles to a vibrant mortgage finance sector, particularly for families of low and moderate means and /or active in the informal economic sector.
