The Division actively facilitates and encourages the creation of a range of fair and affordable housing choices while working with municipalities, developers, nonprofit housing organizations and others available to individuals, families and senior citizens in Westchester County. It is anticipated that housing developed under this program will provide homes for people in the County, including seniors, young families, teachers, community volunteers, emergency and safety workers, and that the units constructed will be fair and affirmatively marketed.
