Housing Initiatives- Bulgarian Experience
During the last 13 years, we have been actively working to develop regional and urban policies and to address the challenges and difficulties that the Bulgarian regions and cities face by applying the integrated territorial approach.
The housing topic should be recognized as a priority in the public debate around urbanization as it becomes an increasingly decentralized agenda. In this context, sub-national governments need to be equipped with the appropriate technical capacity to plan and implement housing projects.
