Core Values

Since Core Values are principles that guide our internal conduct as well as its relationship with the external world. Our Core Values are:

Integrity:

Since we are nonprofit organization and would be accepting government funding and public donations, it is crucial that we remains beyond reproach. We not only pursue honorable initiatives, but we conduct business in a way that is honest, transparent and ethical.

In order to further strength our desire we would specify Code of Ethics for all members of our team to approve and acknowledge.

Empowerment:

We as a nonprofit seek to do more than provide a quick fix for any individual situation; we strive to fix larger systemic problems and empower our client base to live a better life. We choose empowerment as one of the cores values, we ensure to tailor it to the type of services that our organization provides. For example, if our organization provides financial assistance, we would define the ways that we will empower our clientele to take control over your finances.

Excellence:

We show the world that we are not only pursuing something important, but that we are doing it well. A core value of excellence means that we cultivate and train our staff. It also means that we set tangible benchmarks for our organization and that we routinely succeed them. However, we define excellence, demonstrate that we have the skills and commitment to accomplish our mission.

Community:

Since our organization does not exist in a vacuum; for being most successful, we will collaborate with other stakeholders, agencies and partners in their communities. To accomplish more, we will attempt to complement the existing resources available in the related communities rather than duplicate them.

We undertake to solidify this practice by making it one of an important core value. We will list the related organizations that we will partner with or talk generally about how our organization will fit into the larger groups of communities.

Good Stewardship:

Being a nonprofit organization, we will endeavor not to be irresponsible with our resources. We feel that this is our opportunity to demonstrate that we are a good steward of the resources bequeathed to us.
