This document is a draft book on housing, which is the portion of mortgage finance Guidelines. This series of documents on mortgage financing has been written as textbook material with the express intention that all the students and all others involved in the business including banks and other financial institutions if comply with the minimum standards and best practices incorporated, will ensure that the whole processes involved would be carried in such a manner that it would produce optimum results for all the stakeholders. This can be the only reason to apply these minimum standards and best practices.
