The Affordable Housing Development Program (AHDP) will support the development of affordable rental units while newly constructed houses or the renovation of current buildings. The assistance is provided to private entrepreneurs, non-profit corporations, municipalities, development corporations, or housing cooperatives building affordable housing units in Prince Edward Island. The main them of the program is to increase the number of affordable rental units.  This program is direct to support for new constructed / under constructed or the renovation of existing buildings. The objective of this program is Municipalities, development corporations, and NGO groups.
