TJC Homes, LLC owns clear and marketable title to the subject property of this Proposal. Currently, the property is improved with a small single-family home which would be removed as part of this proposal. TJC recognizes the importance of selecting the right team of experts to successfully execute a development plan that provides for a sufficient amount of affordable housing on our property. In each of our development efforts, we carefully assemble an experienced team of well-respected companies with expertise in the necessary development disciplines. Each of our professionals will have extensive experience with affordable housing development initiatives in New Jersey. TJC shall continue our efforts with the Township of Branchburg to realize our shared goal of maximizing the property’s potential by providing an adequate density that provides up to 20% set-aside for affordable housing.
