The profit gained from the use of such methods can decrease the cost of construction and make low-cost housing possible for all.  Another very much important factor by the use of local materials reduces the cost of transportation whose contribution to the building material cost is high for long-distance. The use of locally available building materials not only reduces the construction cost but also is suitable for the local environmental condition.
