The overall goal of the project is to conduct research into best practices, document the related local environment, and establish the business case and implementable work plan supporting a new Housing Development Corporation. The intended HDC would consolidate the necessary tools and services to advance housing development within the Council’s policies and interests, including inclusive affordable housing.
