An RTF document on a business plan for Kasoli Housing Development by the Government of Uganda, DFCU Bank, and the participating community groups. The project aims to establish a partnership with both central and local government, the Kasoli Housing Association representing the community, DFCU Bank, UN-Habitat, and its agents to pilot a new initiative of partnership to slum upgrading that would lead to full cost recovery (repayment) and sustainability. The project aims at facilitating access to land and loans for housing construction and business development contributing to the country’s assets and improving health and productivity.
