This document is about housing delivery and prevalent housing finance system in Haiti. The study has been made after devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti. To revitalize Haiti’s economy, Haiti must rebuild and redevelop its cities. This requires not just implementation of the National Housing Policy  but also substantial commitment to change in Haitian governmental institutions and their procedures in order to simplify and enable housing’s twin value chains  supply-side delivery of new or renovated housing, and demand-side delivery of finance to end users and developers.
