Currently, the issue of housing is no more a new issue. Not just happened in states but also in the developed country still facing the same problem. The occurrence of the housing problem in a certain area can lead to many problems such as a decrease in tax collection as happened to Majlis Daerah Hulu Selangor awarded “Anugerah Penyapu” because of the lowest rank in tax collection. The methodology employed in this study is through interviewing and self-administered questionnaires.
