The affordable housing policy of Rajasthan, India in 2009. The presentation covers various housing scenarios, the agencies that are providing affordable housing in the states, the highlights of the Policy cities that are covered under various Model of affordable housing projects, the perimeters that cover the definition of affordable housing, targets of the affordable housing policy and the various models of the projects etc. The model is based on various schemes approved by Government of India  i.e. BSUP, IHSDP, RAJIV AVAS YOJNA   and also on the lines of “Mumbai Model” of slum redevelopment with private sector participation.
