This  is a Research Proposal for low income housing finance. The proposal comprised of 4 steps, which end with a gap analysis and further recommendations in the housing microfinance sphere. Like any complex, emerging market country Pakistan contains a host of political and social issues that affect the day-to-day existence of it citizens; which invariably spills into the populations economic lives. The proposal documented each risks and challenges, with subsequent recommendations of the most effective way each be addressed, managed or mitigated.
