The Infrastructure, Housing & SME Finance Department of State Bank of Pakistan presents its Quarterly Housing Finance Review to reflect data on housing finance, collated on a quarterly basis from public sector banks, private banks, Islamic banks, foreign banks, and DFIs. It portrays trends of different parameters like disbursements, outstanding, and recoveries. At present, twenty-seven commercial banks, House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFCL), and one microfinance bank are catering to housing finance needs.
