These successful examples are also leading to the proliferation of low income housing projects in other cities. The latter two see the low income housing market as a scale manufacturing‖ opportunity, and are in the process of doing sizable initial projects to confirm feasibility and refine their models, as a key step to building successful businesses at high volumes.
