This is a book on sustaining housing market in Malaysia. The material in this book grew out of papers from research for seminars and journals. Hence, there will not be continuity or a link between chapters like in a dedicated standalone book. However, whatever the nature of the articles and the purpose, all of them were written with the sole aim of sharing knowledge and information in the related field and industry.
